Intro Consultation
A focused one-session conversation with a relevant expert. The lowest-commitment way to explore fit, ask specific questions, and decide if a longer engagement makes sense.

Mentova reviews your requirements, searches the network, and facilitates a warm, curated introduction to one or more relevant expert profiles.

Ongoing Advisory
Custom monthly plans for structured, ongoing engagement between your business and one or more senior professionals. Designed for founders and teams who want consistent, strategic support.

- All prices listed are starting prices. Final costs are confirmed in writing before you make any payment.
- Pricing may vary based on the seniority of the matched expert, the complexity of the engagement, and the time commitment involved.
- Custom requirements — multiple expert types, specialised domains, or non-standard engagement structures — will be quoted separately.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST or applicable taxes may be added where required.
- Payment details and accepted methods will be provided at the time of engagement confirmation.
Applying as an expert is completely free

There is no application fee for experienced professionals applying to join the Mentova network. All applications are reviewed manually by the Mentova team.

Fair, clearly stated policies
Mentova's refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to all parties. Here is a plain-language summary.
Cancellable with 24 hours notice
Intro consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time. Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.
Non-refundable once active work begins
Once Mentova has begun active sourcing, profile review, and introduction work, the matching fee is non-refundable. If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, it may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancel before the next billing cycle
Monthly advisory plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle begins. The current active month is not refunded once underway.
